STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – LIMITED WARRANTY

Seller warrants to Buyer that all Goods manufactured by Seller will materially conform to Seller’s published standard specifications in effect at the time of sale and shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of time set forth below after date of shipment.

All terms used and not otherwise defined have the meanings set forth in the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.
